Instarea was found in 2008 as Partnering by Martin Zahumensky, Peter Capcovic and Peter Fusek.[1]
In 2009 they released Call Inspector. It is a telecom expense management software which can differentiate between private and work related calls which saves costs for companies.[2]
In 2014 Partnering joins with the Adastra Group to become Adastra Partnering[3]. It also started cooperating with Slovak Telecom to launch Market Locator - a software that uses Big Data from telecom companies to get population analytics and mobile marketing solutions.[4][5][6][7]
In 2017 Partnering re-branded itself as Instarea to better accommodate its global potential. Market Locator also expands with its partnerships to O2, T-mobile and Orange[8]. The company also enters the Czech Market.
Instarea also won the 'Best Smart City Solutions" award in the Central European Startup awards of 2017[9]. It was also listed as one of the top 15 Slovakian scale ups of the year.[10]
In 2018 Instarea ranked 27th in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in Central and Eastern Europe.[11]
In 2019 Instarea ranked 430th in the Financial Times and Statista FT1000 ranking of 1000 fastest growing businesses in Europe with a 455% growth rate over 4 years.[12]
