Mary Edwards Walker[change source]
The Simple English Wikipedia is a collaborative group project. When you click on "Publish changes" you have agreed to a number of conditions, including "If you don't want your writing to be edited, erased, or copied by others, don't send it here." This can make it difficult for those involved in education who are using the Wikipedia for a class project. For that reason we do have a comprehensive set of rules, policies and guidelines for school projects, to ensure that these can be successfully completed within the Wikipedia's general rules. The school guidelines can be seen at Wikipedia:Schools. As the article on Mary Edwards Walker was not created using the class project guidelines, it is now part of the Wikipedia, and open to editing by everyone. Edits which do not improve the article - or as in this case change it back, can be seen as vandalism and could even result in user accounts being blocked from further editing. Please feel free to ask any questions. --Peterdownunder (talk) 00:16, 10 June 2017 (UTC)

However, some of your changes, like those to "Sherman's March to the Sea", did not seem to be helpful and have been reverted or removed. This is the discussion page for a person who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. An IP address can be shared by many people. If you feel that things said here are not about you, you can create an account or log in to stop it happening again. |
