To get the article undeleted, you could try Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion to see if the consensus is that an article consiting of lyrics to a children's song is within our scope. As a side note: the lyrics of most songs (the one in question included) are copyrighted. It is a copyright violation to post the lyrics of the song without permission.
