Link shortening on Wikipedia is not allowed and using adf.ly is definitely not allowed. Wikipedia is not a way for you to make money... On another note, adf.ly is extremely unreliable in terms of actual safety. A lot of the advertisements are typically malicious as sometimes the ads are not hosted on their servers.
