RfD nomination of Bakshi sangwan

I copied your comment to the discussion page about the article. Wikipedia cannot have a page about everything, so there has to be some sort of test about what can go in, and what will be left out. One test is called notability. There are rules about how notability is decided. You can read these rules here: Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Notability (people).
