RfD nomination of Manuel Menezes

Thanks. The policy is that it needs to go through the RFD process first. It takes a week and then, if it is approved to remain, it will be kept. I simply expressed concern that it might not belong here - not that I am necessarily right. Arguments can be made on the RFD page both ways and after a week the closing administrator will decide which side of the arguments carries the most weight. You can feel free to give your own arguments on the RFD page. Of note, while being approved on EN-wiki is relevant, it isn't necessarily the only factor.
