Welcome, and a note on the user language categories and templates

Hello, and welcome to Simple English Wikipedia. I see that you speak some Central Okinawan. Languages are an interest of mine, but I didn't know about that one!

Generally we want the categories and templates here to be used. Since there weren't any users for the level ryu-2 and ryu-N templates/categories, I have deleted those and left just the ryu-1 and the main categories. If we get any users who need the other levels, they can be recreated.

If you have come here from English Wikipedia, it might take you a while to learn how we do things differently here. You can learn more about that at Wikipedia:How to write Simple English pages. In general, we keep the language simple, and we keep the infrastructure (categories, etc.) simple, too. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. --Auntof6 (talk) 00:44, 4 April 2014 (UTC)

WikiProject categories

Hi, Sturmgewehr. I was going through Special:WantedCategories and I noticed that there were a couple of categories related to WikiProject Ryūkyū. A while back we stopped using categories for individual WikiProjects, so would you please remove the "WikiProject Ryūkyū participants" and "WikiProject Ryūkyū" categories from your userbox template?
