It was released for the PlayStation on October 31, 1999 in North America, December 31, 1999 in Europe and on February 24, 2000 in Japan.[1] It was also released for the Dreamcast on November 30, 1999 in North America, on February 18, 2000 in Europe and on March 23, 2000 in Japan,[2] as well as the Nintendo 64 on February 2, 2000 in North America and on February 25, 2000 in Europe.[3]
