The Russian Revolution of 1917 is a series of revolutions. The events destroyed the Tsarist autocracy and helped create the Soviet Union. The first revolution was in February 1917. The Czar was replaced with the Provisional government. The second revolution was in October. Bolsheviks replaced the Provisional government.
