Thank you for the links to the Simple Wikipedia policies. Anyways, if you want to talk to me, I think you should talk to me at my 'normal' English userpage.

P.S. do we need to use simple english on talk pages? I am a violinist (talk) 11:57, 1 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Aww, your welcome. :) Actually, if you want to ask me any questions do so here, on my talk page, and I'd prefer replying them here as well. It would cause less confusion that way. And yes, although you certainly aren't forced, it would be more considerate if you used simple english on talk pages as well. Enjoy your time here! Warmly, Belle tête-à-tête 12:03, 1 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Barnstar[change source]

The Teamwork Barnstar
For Belle for her work as part of the "Did You Know" team. This small group of editors make suggestions, check the facts, offer improvements, and make sure there are always new DYK hooks to go onto the main page. Keep up the good work. Peterdownunder (talk) 12:02, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I sincerely thank you ever so much, dear Peter! I love teamwork, :) and I've always wanted a Teamwork Barnstar. Although I confessedly haven't done much on DYK recently, I will try my best to make myself deserve this barnstar I do not yet deserve. Once again, I'm more than obliged to you. Very warmly, Belle tête-à-tête 03:07, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Moved page[change source]

You can remove Wikidragon from 4. on this. Thank you. --Chemicalinterest (talk) 14:58, 8 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Well, it doesn't matter because I don't really use that page anymore. It tires me a bit to put nearly all the pages I created into the list, whenever I'm finished creating one. In fact, I'm going to ask an admin to delete the page, tell me if you mind. :) Affably, Belle tête-à-tête 10:06, 9 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Japanese American internment[change source]

Thank you very much for the indepth review of Japanese American internment! Kansan (talk) 16:01, 19 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No prob – glad to help. :) Warmly, Bella tête-à-tête 02:05, 20 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Belinda, thanks for the smile, it made me smile. Peterdownunder (talk) 11:13, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No, thank /you/ for smiling back... at the smile. :P Your welcome! It gives me overwhelming delight to know that I've made someone smile. :) I hope to become so good and diligent in article working like you some day. Warmly, Bella tête-à-tête 11:17, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fail. ;) The anonymous user was right, sweetie - the closing parenthesis was necessary. You made a wrong reversion? The horror. :D :D :D Keep up the good work, though! <3 lots, —Clementina talk 07:58, 27 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Lol right, :P but you don't need to add so much faces on my talk page. The next time you tell me I fail, I'll archive this page! ;) And don't give me any more love - I'm already filled up to the brim of my heart, dear. And thanks for the encouragement... Sweetly, Bella tête-à-tête 08:05, 27 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

As you have surely seen, I replaced the images in Love. Do you think the article needs extending, compared to EnWP ours looks awfully short?--Eptalon (talk) 14:23, 28 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm. I suppose it does, yes, I'll go over and simplify it from en. :) Thanks for the suggestion, Eppy pie, and God bless you. Sweetly, Bella tête-à-tête 05:17, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Eppy pie. That made my night. Thank you! :) :) --Gordonrox24 | Talk 05:20, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
o_O Um... it was meant for Eptalon, why did it make your night? Haha. Okay, your welcome... Roxy pie! Bless, dear. Bella tête-à-tête 05:22, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It made my night as it is rather humorous. I find myself working in a subject of a morbid variety tonight, and seeing that brightened my spirits. You are very sweet to all of the editors here Belinda, and I think it makes the wiki a more enjoyable place to come and help out. Thank you!--Gordonrox24 | Talk 05:25, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Oh dear! Nay, I'm not sweet at all. Actually, I should be the one thanking you for being very sweet to all the editors here yourself... :) I think wiki is an enjoyable place, and probably even more enjoyable without me forcing mushy nicknames on everybody, because of your helping. The compliment is a really great comfort. Thank you once again! (Ironical, isn't it, that this is right under the section Love? ;)) Cheerfully, Bella tête-à-tête 05:34, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It used to be a 15lb fawn, now you say 30kg! I think you mean about 7kg! The Rambling Man (talk) 07:14, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oops, sorry! My bad. I'm really clumsy in the head with those kind of calculations... Okay, I'll fix it. Thanks for telling me! :) Cheerfully, Bella tête-à-tête 07:51, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

recursion changes[change source]

The way I said it was a bit harsh, but the current info is wrong. The ancestors example on both the normal and simple page leads o infinite recursion, while the example I put up had proper a proper base case. I hope that if I make the changes again and simply take out the wrong entry instead of pointing out that it is wrong but leaving it, that my changes may be kept. 71.139.181.126 (talk) 13:46, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it was a bit harsh. :( But I'm sorry, you need a reliable reference to prove that the current information is wrong or take it out. If you just take it out without a good reason or reference, it can also be known as vandalism because removing content that another editor has put in may not sound very nice to the other editor. I hope you'll understand, dearie. Lovingly, Bella tête-à-tête 00:49, 30 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wikiproject Cooking?[change source]

Some cooking articles do not have to do with baking. Are they outside the scope of your WikiProject? Thanks, Chemicalinterest (talk) 14:18, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm. Well, literally, they are outside the scope of WikiProject Baking, but of course you are always welcome to edit those articles as well. :) And it isn't "my" wikiproject; it's actually wikipedia's wikiproject. ;) Warmly, Bella tête-à-tête 07:48, 5 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It's in your userspace. What needs to be done now at the project now that the articles are created? --Chemicalinterest (talk) 17:50, 9 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Well, there are still some more articles in the list that you might be able to make, but other than that there are also stubs to be expanded, and you can look for more reliable references (e.g. books, good websites on the internet). You could also take a look at the articles that are already here and try to proofread or see if any of the punctuation is wrong; no page is perfect - and of course, you can always look for more pictures to add on Wikimedia Commons. Lovingly, Bella tête-à-tête 05:50, 10 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Side note[change source]

Please see Category:Nice people. It was deleted. --Chemicalinterest (talk) 01:46, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, thanks, Chemmy dear. :) ingly, Bella tête-à-tête 10:07, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Howdy! Just dropping by to let you know that I've just closed your PGA for Bald Eagle as successful: congratumulations! Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing more! Goblin 18:03, 14 November 2010 (UTC) I ♥ Fr33kman![reply]

Thank you, dear Bluegoblin! :) I do look forward to seeing more myself. So far, I guess this is my first GA. I hope I can improve it more over time. ingly, Bella tête-à-tête 00:17, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Japanese American internment[change source]

Thank you for your help with Japanese American internment, which was promoted to Good Article status. Kansan (talk) 14:11, 16 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You're warmly welcome! Although I certainly can't say I was a "help", I was really very glad to participate in it. :) ingly, Bella tête-à-tête 05:46, 17 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

TUSC token 2c3b4c9127dd1b589f58bb7edc84ced0[change source]

I am now proud owner of a TUSC account! (per Sonia :P) ingly, Bella tête-à-tête 00:54, 27 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

on various things...[change source]

Firstly, if you'd like to practice talking with someone in English feel free to call me; do let me know first! Secondly, I'm not entirely sure that having an image in your signature is a good idea, because that takes a while to load for people with slow connections or using mobile devices, both of which I fall under at some point or other. Finally, it's not winter for me :P sonia 07:49, 2 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, sweet dear Sonia, for the suggestion, but I don't think I would be bold enough to call you just yet (or talk to you naturally like I do on IRC, if I did)—and yes, that signature was just for experiments, I changed it back to my last one. I'm glad it's not winter for you, as I'm getting dreadfully tired of the cold weather chapping at my cheeks and not much snow falling; quite the opposite of what I had been anticipating, such as a cozy weather where there is a blizzard outside and snow is coming up to my windows (which is quite a lot, for I live high up in an apartment), and a fireplace crackling merrily inside, as I sit, rocking, on a chair, with a tray full of freshly baked Christmas Brownies I just took out from the oven on my lap, thinking of all those darling editors out there who would be still working diligently at this time... Well, you get the point. Ah, well, December has only just started, so I'll have to have a little more patience, I suppose... ingly, Bella tête-à-tête 12:26, 2 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Grand Duchess[change source]

I thought my version flowed better. I felt the article had too many stops, and a comma would have helped the structure? Whichever way suits me though :) --Normandie Talk! 12:52, 8 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there, Normandie! I'm sorry for fixing your version—it was very excellent and actually flows more naturally, but it might be easier and simpler for our readers if the sentences are shorter. You see, dearie, long sentences are usually thought of as complex to read in Simple English Wikipedia. Keep up the hard work, though, and ask me if you have any questions! :) ingly, Bella tête-à-tête 13:01, 8 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Not to worry Belinda, this is the beauty of Wikipedia where many people have different opinions. And thought I'd say that you are entirely correct. I looked it up and I was wrong... I must not have been at school that day! :) --Normandie Talk! 13:26, 8 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I am running for admin and would like your vote. Thanks so much in advance because I know that no matter if you choose to oppose or support, that you are doing it for the good of the wiki Toboar (talk) 22:53, 14 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Belinda, you seem rather experienced here. Would you like an RfA? You seem rather worthy. Mr. Berty (seasons greetings!) talk/stalk 14:32, 18 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there, Mr. Berty. Thanks for honoring me with the word 'experienced', and having enough faith to suggest an RfA for me. But I hope you don't mind if I decline, because, tho' being an administrator does sound interesting and all that, the tools don't match me that much. :P I can half-picture myself sobbing over blocked vandals that I had trusted to become good and such other silly rot. I'm also slightly too young, as I certainly haven't reached the more clever age of twenty yet. Oh—and most importantly, becoming a sysop would probably hinder my WikiLove Campaign (see userpage for more info on that); I would be so busy flagging and blocking and importing and protecting that I'm afraid I'd forget all about it! So, you see, I don't think I'll ever even consider becoming an admin until I feel for myself that I'm ready. But thanks for your compliment on my "worthiness"! All the sweet words are quite treasured to me. ingly, Bella tête-à-tête 05:17, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Eh. Oh well. Did you know I have not reached the grand age of 20 yet? When I'm ready, I still will have an RfA. Mr. Berty (seasons greetings!) talk/stalk 16:16, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, and I know. Your sister is nice to the vandals! I do see what you mean. Mr. Berty (seasons greetings!) talk/stalk 16:17, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Well, although I don't think any of us are nice to the vandals, in the way you term it, we all try to be civil to everyone, bad or good, in this free online encyclopedia. Swearwords and mean remarks are disapproved of here, as you can see in this guideline. And don't be too concerned about ages and such; some editors here are quite as young. :) ingly, Bella tête-à-tête 03:44, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Another christmas spam letter...[change source]

Mr. Berty (seasons greetings!) talk/stalk 12:37, 22 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, Mr. Berty. Season's Greetings to you as well! :) I greatly look forward to next year, and hope Simple English Wikipedia will improve more as time passes. ingly, Bella tête-à-tête 02:07, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
