Sir Christopher Martin Dobson, FRS, FMedSci (8 October 1949 – 8 September 2019) was a British chemist. He was the John Humphrey Plummer Professor of Chemical and Structural Biology in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Cambridge, and Master of St John's College, Cambridge.

He was elected a member of the Academia Europaea in 2011.[1]

Dobson died on 8 September 2019 in London of cancer at the age of 69.[2]
