Lieutenant-General Kamal Hassan Ali (IPA: [kæˈmæːl ˈħæsæn ˈʕæli]; 18 September 1921 – 27 March 1993) was an Egyptian military and political leader. He was commander of the Armored Corps during October War. He held several positions, most notably as head of the General Intelligence Service. He was then Minister of Defense and Military Production, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs until he was appointed Prime Minister.

He died in Cairo on 27 March 1993 at the age of 71 and was buried with a military funeral.
