Kaul

Kaul (also spelled Koul; Kashmiri: कौल (Devanagari)) is the caste used by most of the Kashmiri Pandits in India. They are Brahmins who come from Kashmir. After the protest in 1991 from Muslims, all Kashmiri Pandits forcefully left their houses.
