Larry & Steve is a short animated Cartoon published to Cartoon Network in the year 1995. It features a middle aged man named Larry and a talking dog named Steve. These 2 characters (among others in the short, such as the airline pilot later evolving into Glenn Quagmire) later became Peter Griffin and Brian Griffin. [1]
