Mackenzie Crook

Paul James "Mackenzie" Crook (born 29 September 1971) is a British actor, writer, director and comedian. He is best known for playing Gareth Keenan in The Office, Ragetti in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies and Orell in the HBO series Game of Thrones. He is also the creator and star of the BBC Four sitcom Detectorists. The series earnt him a BAFTA Award in 2015.[1]

Crook was born in Maidstone, Kent, England. He grew up in Dartford, Kent. He has been married to Lindsay since April 2001. The couple have two children, a son and a daughter.
