Marcia Carolyn "Marcy" Kaptur (born June 17, 1946) is an American politician. He is the U.S. Representative representing Ohio.[1] She has served since 1983. She is a member of the Democratic Party.

Kaptur endorsed Bernie Sanders for Democratic nomination in 2016.[2]
