"No Matter What" is a 1970 song by Welsh rock band Badfinger. It was taken from their third studio album No Dice. It went to number 1 in South Africa, number 5 in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, number 7 in Canada and Ireland, number 8 in Australia and the United States, number 13 in Belgium, number 24 in the Netherlands and number 32 in Germany. It was covered by British heavy metal band Def Leppard in 2005 for their 9th studio album Yeah!.
