Robert Patrick Amell IV (born April 21, 1988) is a Canadian actor and producer. He is known for playing Stephen Jameson in The CW series The Tomorrow People (2013–2014) and Ronnie Raymond / Firestorm in The CW series The Flash (2014–2017).

Amell also played Fred Jones in the movies Scooby-Doo! The Mystery Begins and Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster, and Max in The Babysitter (2017) and, its sequel, The Babysitter: Killer Queen (2020). His other TV roles include series such as Life with Derek, True Jackson, VP, Unnatural History and Revenge. His movie other credits The Hunters (2013), The DUFF (2015) and Code 8 (2019).

Amell was born in Toronto, Ontario. He is a first cousin of actor Stephen Amell.[1] He is married to fellow Canadian actor Italia Ricci. The couple have a son. In January 2020, Amell and Ricci became citizens of the United States.
