Possible Move[change source]

Depends how ambiguous the common name is. In this case its probably ok to use the common name. But in a large number of cases for animals where various species share a common name, then using latin is best. It may sound unintuitive, but the whole point of latin naming is so that is crosses languages easily which is sort of the same mission as us. -Djsasso (talk) 16:34, 30 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
