Welcome to Wikipedia, school user! Please note the following:
This IP address, 96.5.241.8, is registered to EDUCATION NETWORKS OF AMERICA, and may be shared by many different people. If this school uses proxy servers, many people at different computers, or even at different schools in an area, can connect to the Internet through this same IP address. Because of this, a message meant for one person may be read by another, often someone who has not done anything wrong, and a block of this IP address will mean that everyone using this address will not be able to change Wikipedia.
If you are making changes from this address and are getting messages that are not for you, you can avoid this by creating your own account. If you cannot do this, it most likely means that doing so has been stopped so that other users cannot make any bad changes. You will then have to make an account at home and log in with it here.
Please think before blocking this IP. If a block is needed, admins should consider a soft block.
Note: If this address is used for vandalism over and over again, making changes without an account may be disabled for up to 1 year at a time, and abuse reports may be sent to the people who run the school in cases of long-term disruption by people with accounts.
School staff, to monitor this IP address for disruptive changes, can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

I was blocked by User:Chenzw for "Abusing several accounts". This administrator is currently engaged in a content dispute with me.Because the blocking policy states that "administrators must not block users with whom they are engaged in a content dispute", I request to be unblocked
Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make helpful changes to Wikipedia. However, some of your changes, like those to "Economics", did not seem to be helpful and have been reverted or removed. If you want to try out changing Wikipedia to learn more about how it works, please use the sandbox. Thank you. SnowBlizzard21:16, 15 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the change, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Okay this block (long-term abuse)isn't fair to me because i did't abuse over people who were trying to work so i wasn't disruptive.I just wanted someone to replace the blocked text so people to see clearer.
The problem is that you are a sock-puppeteer that has been avoiding a block. That is what is meant by long-term abuse. Unfortunately you aren't going to be unblocked. Continual requesting will just have the talk page blocked as well. -DJSasso (talk) 15:03, 5 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:
Your block has already been reviewed, and it has been decided it won't be removed. I see no reason to overturn the block. I have also removed talk page editing access for the duration of the block.-- Gordonrox24 | Talk06:19, 16 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You have been temporarily blocked from changing in line with Wikipedia's blocking policy for constantlymaking bad changes. Please stop. You are welcome to make useful changes after the block ends.
If you believe this block is unfair you may ask to be unblocked by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. If you cannot do this or the reason is private please send an e-mail to simple-admins-l@lists.wikimedia.org and an administrator will look at your reason and reply. You may want to read our guide to unblock requests before asking to be unblocked.

I was blocked for violating the three revert rule. I sorry for this and promise not to do it again. The blocking policy states that blocks are not a punishment, but a means to stop future problems. If unblocked, I'm not going to continue reverting, but instead will attempt to find a compromise on the talk page, and if that doesn't work, I'll try dispute resolution. Because I've promised not to cause any more problems, my block no longer serves a purpose allowed by the blocking policy. Therefore, I request to be unblocked.

I was blocked for "vandalism". However, the policy defining vandalism specifically intended to improve Wikipedia, as I did in this instance. Because the action for which I was blocked was therefore not disruption as described in the blocking policy, I request to be unblocked. 96.5.241.8 (talk) 12:58, 19 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
This is the discussion page for a person who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it.
We have to use the numericalIP address to identify them. An IP address can be shared by many people. If you feel that things said here are not about you, you can create an account or log in to stop it happening again.
