Request reason:

This is basically a bot account which has bot rights only in Bengali Wikipedia. On Simple Wikipedia it usually does not make any edits or will do so in the future. However, on the occasion of the recent Wiki Loves Women South Asia 2021 contest, we are often giving messages to the organizers. This is why it is being used for messaging. I hope you will consider the matter. The bot will not make any edits without the contest.

Decline reason:

Hirok Raja, ok, from what I can tell, this is an account that will be used for messaging during the Wiki Loves Women South Asia event. There are only two organisers here, which I don't see a need to use a bot for. Do you use the account on a global scale (send messages across all wikis running the event)? Is the account a bot? Right now, your unblock request only convinces me that this account is a bot, and I couldn't unblock you because unauthorised bots aren't allowed. --Ferien (talk) 12:27, 31 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
