We like and strongly encourage helpful changes to Wikipedia, but an article you created was directly copied and pasted from the main English Wikipedia. Please do not do that. Such articles are usually too complex. They need to be simplified before or immediately after being added to the Simple English Wikipedia. In addition, be sure to include attribution on the article's talk page. Thank you. IWI (chat) 01:32, 28 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, COYB01. It looks like an article you created was derived from the English Wikipedia or another version of Wikipedia. If that is indeed the case, please make sure you add some form of attribution, either in your change summary or on the article's talk page. This must be done, even for derivative works, or the article will be deleted in time. More instructions on how to do this are at Wikipedia:Transwiki attribution. Thank you. Hello! Thanks for expanding the article. Could you please review Wikipedia:How to copy from another Wikipedia and please make the necessary attribution so that the changes will not be deleted. Feel free to ping me in case you have any questions. — Infogapp1 (talk) 23:40, 28 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Basically, one way to attribute where you copied the article from is to add the code in the page's talk page: {{Interwiki copy|url=XXXXXX|title=XXXXX}} — Infogapp1 (talk) 23:47, 28 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

March 2021[change source]

Hello! Thank you for creating Category:Narrow gauge railways. However, we normally need at least three pages in a category before it is created. Because categories are a way to group together similar articles, there is no need to create a new category for just one or two articles. If you think there might be more pages to add to the new category, please add them now. Thank you. Auntof6 (talk) 07:14, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
