In addition, your intended new name isn't allowed. CresTech Global implies shared use, please choose a name like Adam at CresTech Global etc (i.e. your name at CresTech Global). There are also copyright issues in the 2 I tagged, I know you said you taken from your company website (but your company website is copyrighted), so we cannot read, refer to here, we need either your website having remove the copyright logo or send it to WP:OTRS permission. Fine so, i remove my company logo and can publish page without logo & if you talk about Notability issues, our company was established 15 years ago and has a wide presence. Check the company website here: https://www.crestechglobal.com/

I mean (1) Don't use stuffs from your website (direct copying) or (2) remove your website copyright. And yes, now you said it's your website, so you have a COI (as explained above) and you are paid. This is not allowed as we don't permit writing without disclosure. I will like to keep certain things only in company page i.e.few lines about company, little bit about services & references, let me know if these things are OK to put rather than writing history of the company

Please note that neither of the users you've been discussing this with is an admin, so they cannot decide whether you are unblocked. This account will not be unblocked because its name is the name of a company, and that is not allowed. Any other discussion should take place separately from that. @Camouflaged Mirage and ImprovedWikiImprovment: This is why it is a bad idea for non-admins to reply to unblock requests. @Auntof6: Sorry if this is incorrect. I am in no position to judge whether they will be unblocked or not to be unblock, I understand. I am just trying to help this editor to learn how to contribute positively. I am not so called commenting on the block, but rather just hoping they will be able to get some help contributing to wiki in general. I see they are also blocked at enwp, hence, I tried to talk to them here so to prevent they moving onto another wiki and then getting blocked again for a global lock. The company is currently headquartered in Noida, UP and catering to customers operating in the field of Technology, eCommerce, BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Consulting, Media and Entertainment Industries. The company caters to different application types including desktop, Web, API, Mobile, IOT and cloud software.
