RfD nomination of Operational definition[change source]

- This operational definition was born out of the Harvard Project Physics Curriculum.

- This curriculum was born out of needs shown during the effort to put a "man on the moon project". At that time they learned that physics students needed to learn their foundation from actual investigation rather than lecture or book learning.
