Stub templates[change source]

Hello, ElWaliElAlaoui. I noticed that you created a stub template, Template:Morocco-bio-stub. You probably didn't know, but this Wikipedia manages stubs differently than other Wikipedias. We keep the number of stub types and templates small, and new stub types need to be approved before they are created. Because of this, the new one(s) you created will be deleted. You can read about how stubs are managed here at Wikipedia:Simple Stub Project. Thanks, and feel free to ask any questions you have. --Auntof6 (talk) 16:32, 21 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

August 2017[change source]

We like and strongly encourage helpful changes to Wikipedia, but an article you created was directly copied and pasted from the main English Wikipedia. Please do not do that. Such articles are usually too complex. They need to be simplified before or immediately after being added to the Simple English Wikipedia. In addition, be sure to include attribution on the article's talk page. Thank you. Auntof6 (talk) 16:47, 21 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I got your email[change source]

Hello. I am going to reply to your email here, because I prefer to communicate on-wiki unless there is a reason to do otherwise.

I saw what you put on Talk:Tarfaya. That is called "attribution", and is needed whenever you copy an article from another Wikipedia. What you put there appears correct. However, the main point of that message was about directly copying from Wikipedia without simplifying text. This is Simple English Wikipedia, and language need to be simple. Here are some pages that might help you understand what is needed:

I recommend reading those pages to learn about how to write for this Wikipedia. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. --Auntof6 (talk) 07:00, 22 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

RfD nomination of Template:Arabic alphabet[change source]

An editor has requested deletion of Template:Arabic alphabet, an article you created. We appreciate your changes, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Please comment on the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2019/Template:Arabic alphabet and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also change the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns. But you should not remove the requests for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you very much. Auntof6 (talk) 06:43, 24 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
