As I said on my talk page over on enwiki, you need to place the request on m:Steward requests/Global. Not on the talk page. Just read the instructions and follow what everybody else is doing. You also need to explain why you want to be unblocked. You were blocked for a reason. You need to demonstrate that you understand and that you are here to edit constructively.
