Atlantic Coast Conference

This is a list of colleges and universities who play sports in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC):
- Boston College
- Clemson University
- Duke University
- Florida State University
- Georgia Institute of Technology ("Georgia Tech")
- University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ("North Carolina")
- North Carolina State University
- University of Maryland
- University of Miami (sometimes "Miami (Florida)" to distinguish from Miami University in Ohio)
- University of Virginia
- Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University ("Virginia Tech")
- Wake Forest University
In late 2011, the ACC invited the University of Pittsburgh and Syracuse University, currently in the Big East Conference, to become members. These schools will most likely join the ACC in July 2014.
