Trump identity box - no longer in charge of Trump Plaza Associates or Trump Atlantic City Associates[change source]

See recent revisions to the Wikipedia article on Donald Trump: he is no longer in charge of the other two organizations besides the Trump Organization. SocraticOath (talk) 22:13, 8 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Miss Universe?[change source]

Why is stuff about his being in Miss Universe here? Qwertyxp2000 (talk | changes) 23:40, 26 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

There is no reference or citation and I do think it is factually incorrect, though that is what my honest opinion says. Qwertyxp2000 (talk | changes) 23:40, 26 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
It's probably just outdated information. According to enwiki, he used to own it, but has since sold it. --Auntof6 (talk) 00:44, 27 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Yes a lot of the information was only in the past Among us wiki (talk) 00:25, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"The Pope Opposition" Source[change source]

I am not allowed to edit this page, however, I have some sources for the unmarked citation of how the Pope opposes Donald Trump. http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/06/europe/pope-walls-us-election-trump/ http://time.com/4436759/pope-francis-trump-radical-islam/ http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/video/pope-speaks-trump-37028807 Hope this helps. --Deceasedpixel (talk) 03:11, 14 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Popes have a fairly long history of criticizing world leaders including US presidents. And put in perspective, this is by a pope who supports people's right to illegally enter the US. We are presently hearing from everyone who doesn't like something Trump has said, has done, plans to do or might do. Rus793 (talk) 16:26, 18 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Deceasedpixel very helpful Among us wiki (talk) 00:11, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Spelling error[change source]

The word Beauty pagents should be Beauty pageants.

No information beyond May 2018 has been added (such as an update on the Trump-Kim summit) or other events in the Trump administration has been added. --TDKR Chicago 101 (talk) 07:01, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

"Incumbent" -> "Current"[change source]

Should "Incumbent" be changed to "Current"? Xinbenlv (talk) 14:20, 17 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Incumbent means current, Alex Devens (talk) 17:40, 3 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
They are referring to the fact we use Simple English at this wiki and are suggesting it might be simpler to use Current. -DJSasso (talk) 15:53, 4 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Xinbenlv:: I agree with Current, I didn't even know what incumbent meant when I first saw it. Matthewishere0 (talk) 21:24, 4 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose It is fairly standard to remove the presidency topic from the personal topic when it comes to leaders. And I think in the case of this president it is even more important than usual to do that because of how extensive the notability of both topics are separate from each other. The presidency, doesn't just refer to his position, but it includes his entire administration and cabinet which would not be relevant on a page about him the person. -DJSasso (talk) 14:32, 30 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - A separate page is no problem as long as it is notable and does not fail WP:NOT. In this case, the page meets notability and passes WP:NOT. Arthurfan828 - CHAT 16:23, 7 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • ' Oppose': This page would become too long and since his presidency has not ended yet, we dont know how long the page might become Matthewishere0 (talk) 21:11, 5 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - don't see how the separation is an issue. IWI (chat) 21:34, 4 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Presidential oath[change source]

Hello, could you give me the video of Donald Trump taking the oath of office, I can't find the video on wikipedia. I am grateful if you can show me Francisco Alves das Chagas (talk) 00:35, 26 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Bias removal[change source]

To the anonymous editor currently re-adding what was removed: Your assertion that CNN and MSNBC's claims are false are not supported by the op-ed that you keep citing - which at a casual glance does not mention any specific claims, or even the networks themselves. The afterthought attempt to subsequently "balance" this addition with NBC and CNN articles on subjects unrelated to the claims seems especially transparent in light of that - so I undid them all.

Furthermore, note that your edit history is publicly accessible, and as you have previously injected your own personal biases into other articles prior to this, I am doubtful as to the integrity of your attempts to "reduce bias" that so far only seem to be injecting a "positive bias" instead - which as you'll note is still a bias. --Umbire the Phantom (talk) 04:21, 28 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Page semi-protected..[change source]

Most edits of unnamed editors in the last few weeks have been vandlaism/adding graffitti. I have therefore semi-protected the page for 2 months. This means that only autoconfirmed users can edit it during that time. I will also open up the discussion here: If you see something that needs changing, please discuss the edit here, an autoconfirmed user can then make the edit, if the community agrees.--Eptalon (talk) 16:30, 25 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Barron Trump[change source]

Reinstated the redirection because nothing on that page pertained to Barron at all. Macdonald-ross (talk) 13:39, 5 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Cabinet members[change source]

Right now, Trump's cabinet members are not listed. Instead, his nominees for the cabinet are listed, as part of his presidential transition. Who was in the cabinet is more important than who he was planning to nominate, so it would probably be better if they were listed in his presidency section instead. Most of the cabinet positions were held by more than one person during his presidency; only the first holder of each position is currently listed. Lights and freedom (talk) 04:00, 19 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Lights and freedom: Sounds reasonable. If all we have is a list, as opposed to a play-by-play description of nominations and confirmations, it makes more sense to list people who actually served. Go for it! -- Auntof6 (talk) 04:54, 19 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
