Al-Aqsa TV

Al Aqsa TV (Arabic: قناة الأقصى) is a television station run by the Palestinian political group Hamas,[1] which is from the Gaza Strip. The television station broadcasts news, promotional material for Hamas,[2] cartoons (such as Tomorrow's Pioneers which promoted Anti-Zionism[3] and violence against Israel and USA), and religious programs.[4] The television station's current director is Fathi Ahmad, who holds membership to the Palestinian Legislative Council,[5] and is the Interior Minster of the Gaza Strip.[6] The station is named after the Al-Aqsa compound in Jerusalem.
