Emily Olivia Laura Blunt (born 23 February 1983) is a British and American actress. She has received nominations for an Academy Award and four British Academy Film Awards, and won a Golden Globe Award and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. She began acting professionally in 2001 in theater, and made her movie debut in 2004's My Summer of Love.

Blunt's television roles include the title character Gideon's Daughter, for which she won a Golden Globe Award. Her movie roles include Emily Charlton in The Devil Wears Prada, the title role of Queen Victoria in The Young Victoria and Elise Sellas in The Adjustment Bureau.

Blunt married actor John Krasinski on 10 July 2010. The couple have two daughters, born in 2014 and 2016. Blunt became a dual British-American citizen in 2015.

In 2018, Blunt starred alongside her husband in the 2018 horror movie A Quiet Place. She starred as Mary Poppins in the 2018 Disney fantasy movie Mary Poppins Returns.

In 2023, she starred as Katherine Oppenheimer, wife of J. Robert Oppenheimer, in Christopher Nolan's 2023 movie Oppenheimer.
