Wait before welcoming[change source]

Here we prefer to wait before welcoming. Then we can see what sort of editor they are. It is embarassing to find we have welcomed someone who turns out to be a serious vandal. We like and strongly encourage helpful changes to Wikipedia, but "The Witches" was directly copied and pasted from the main English Wikipedia. Please do not do that. Such articles are usually too complex. They need to be simplified before or immediately after being added to the Simple English Wikipedia.
