- Please post this at WP:AN. I checked the first IP in each of your ranges. The one in your primary range is blocked for being an open proxy; I don't believe we would unblock it, since that's the reason. The one in your backup range did not appear to be blocked. - @Castilibrary: The global block on your IP range is for anonymous users only. Therefore, it should be possible for your students to login with a Wikipedia account to edit. If they have no assigned accounts, they are strongly encouraged to have one created. - Thank you for all the information. The one group that kept insisting that they were logged in and blocked finally got in.
