Kris Law, born Chin Chiang (or KLCC), is a Malaysian actor of Chinese and Thai descent. He became the first ASEAN actor to debut in India, starring with Aamir Khan in the Incredible India campaign. In Malaysia, he is known for playing Christien, the first openly gay character on primetime TV in Ampang Medikal. Law has acted in films from Malaysia, Singapore, Bollywood, and Hong Kong. He began his career in 2000 as a copywriter in Leo Burnett, where director Yasmin Ahmad said he got the job due to his initials (KLCC), royal bloodline, and shared birthday with Giorgio Armani and Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.
