Native Hawaiians

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Native Hawaiians are the native people of Hawaii. They are a Polynesian group whose ancestors came from what is now French Polynesia. Hawaiians make up 21% of Hawaii’s total population, though most are mixed.[1] Their original language is the Hawaiian language, but Hawaiian Pidgin or English is more common.
