Deaths[change source]

Should we remove the deaths that were not shown in the 2023 article from the English Wikipedia page and leave the ones that were shown there? since the english wikipedia its removing the births and deaths list from the 2020s years articles, why can't this be the replacement?, i mean not only we're doing this with this 2023 article, we can do it with the 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 years articles 2800:2181:5400:D0:AC6C:F861:DA00:4E2F (talk) 05:20, 20 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The deaths that were recently removed from en's recent main year articles should be moved to the corresponding year articles on Simple. I strongly disagree with their removal from en. All the deaths that were until recently on en's recent year articles are notable enough to be listed on Simple year articles, even if we don't have articles for them. Why is this page so inactive?[change source]

The large majority of notable people are domestic figures. We don't have year subarticles such as 2023 in China, 2023 in India, 2023 in Russia, 2023 in the United States, 2023 in music, 2023 in politics, 2023 in sport etc. Therefore if they have an article, they should be included in Births & Deaths sections of our year articles.
