The third constituency for French residents overseas (French: troisième circonscription des Français établis hors de France) is an overseas constituency of France. It represents the Baltic states (which includes Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia), the British Isles (which includes the United Kingdom and Ireland) and Scandinavia (which includes Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland).
