Between that, and your cleared user page (that your IP cleared) about warnings about no personal attacks, would indicate why you are blocked. As such since it is a checkuser block, this must be undone by a checkuser, not just a normal admin, and due to the history I see even without the checkuser I do not see any real reason to unblock, due to the repeated violation of No Personal Attacks. You are also blocked on en.wiki with the same checkuser block. This indicates to me that you are more then likely trolling, and abusing access to your talk page.
