Please be bold and help translate this article! Plant blindness is an informally-proposed form of cognitive bias, which in its broadest meaning, is a human tendency to ignore plant species. This includes such phenomena as not noticing plants in the surrounding environment, not recognizing the importance of plant life to the whole biosphere and to human affairs, a philosophical view of plants as an inferior form of life to animals and/or the inability to appreciate the unique features or aesthetics of plants. Related terms include plant‐neglect, zoo-centrism, and zoo‐chauvinism. Globally-blocked IPs[change source]
Hi, you don't have to report globally blocked IPs to VIP. They are already globally blocked, which means that they cannot edit any Wikimedia project (except meta.wikimedia.org, but sometimes they are blocked there too). Sometimes, a globally blocked IP can be unblocked locally (e.g. they can use the IP address on simple but no other Wikimedia project) but this is rarely done on simple AFAIK. Thanks! — *Fehufangą ♮ ✉ Talk page 12:47, 13 January 2024 (UTC)

Hi, could you take a look at some of the user's edits? They flew too close to the sun with this edit and I'm seeing a pattern of unsourced information being added to articles here. You don't have to check all of them, or at all if you don't want to. I'm not too familiar with the rest of the pages they edited. Thanks! — *Fehufangą ♮ ✉ Talk page 14:18, 17 January 2024 (UTC)
- I've reviewed the user's edits, and indeed, the majority of them seemed to be Punjabi and Sikh POV-pushing. Completely unsourced changes to population figures, possibly WP:OR. I've previously reverted many similar edits that pushed the Punjabi POV to language related articles and have also added some of the pages that were most targeted to my watchlist, so I'll keep an eye on them too. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you need any more assistance. :) – Cyber.Eyes2005Talk 14:59, 17 January 2024 (UTC)

Please be bold and help translate this article! Kinder der Landstrasse (literally: Children of the Country Road) was a project implemented by the Swiss foundation Pro Juventute from 1926 to 1973. The project aimed to assimilate the itinerant Yenish people in Switzerland by forcibly removing their children from their parents and placing them in orphanages or foster homes. Approximately 590 children were affected by this program.
