I usually will send them to simple talk. A majority (as you will learn on this wiki) are evading blocks (or as seen in the request above it is usually because they are blocked and can’t create the page or the page has been deleted and prevented from being created). Clearing

Hey if no one has told you do not clear the vip list. Let the admins handle that. It was discussed a couple of years ago and I can’t remember where. I know I got a slap on the wrist when I did it once trying to be helpful and clear out the blocked ones. I know I’ve also seen admins ask people to not do it on the talk page (again would require research from about a week ago which covers too many changes). Just an fyi. It’s a very cautious step. We used to be able to close RfDs as well even if an admin took action but forgot to close the discussion and we cannot do that anymore as I recently found out.
