November 2010[change source]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently created a new article or made changes to one, such as "Last chance", by adding material copied from a book, magazine, newspaper or another website without the permission of the copyright holder. Many sources, including websites found on the Internet, are copyrighted. I'm afraid Wikipedia cannot accept any material copied from such sources as it can get into serious legal trouble. The article or changes have been or will soon be deleted. Next time, look up sources to find out information for articles and explain it in your own words, and don't copy sentences or images from them. Thank you. Kansan (talk) 22:23, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

We like and strongly encourage helpful changes to Wikipedia, but an article you created was directly copied and pasted from the main English Wikipedia. Please do not do that, as such articles are usually too complex and may have templates that do not exist here. Thank you. Kansan (talk) 22:31, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

How to redirect[change source]

Hey, from my understanding you were trying to redirect Born This Way (Song) to Born This Way (song). Instead of linking to the appropriate page with small text, you can automatically redirect a page to its proper article by creating a page with this: #REDIRECT < PROPER ARTICLE NAME HERE >. Or, under the tool bar, hit "Advanced" and click the button of the blue arrow pointing right; the same thing will show up but it's quicker and more convenient. Have fun editing here! --@jersey+ 20:21, 18 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

An article you worked on has been nominated for deletion. See Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2012/Let's Kill Tonight. Albacore (talk · changes) 20:46, 20 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I fixed the genres in the infobox to match the article content and to make them link correctly. They all just linked to Music. I added the References section, but the references are still broken. CAn you please go back and fix that up? Thanks, Gotanda (talk) 04:36, 13 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Quick deletion of One More Night[change source]

The page you wrote, One More Night, has been selected for quick deletion. This is because the page was a page that didn't say why the subject was notable. If you think this page should be kept, please add {{wait}} below the line {{QD}} and say why on the talk page. If the page is already gone, but you think this was an error, you can ask for it to be undeleted. Auntof6 (talk) 21:46, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Quick deletion of Payphone (song)[change source]

The page you wrote, Payphone (song), has been selected for quick deletion. This is because the page was a page that didn't say why the subject was notable. Removing QD notices[change source]

Please do not remove a QD notice from an article. This is seen as disruptive editing and could result in your account being blocked. If you disagree with the QD notice, you can use the "wait" link, to make your case why the articles should not be deleted. I have deleted the three pages as they 1. do not show notability for the song, and 2. they are predictions for the future. As you are obviously very interested in music, please read the guidelines on what makes music notable. For example, most individual songs are not notable. Guidelines for notability in music. Any questions, comments etc, please ask me.--Peterdownunder (talk) 23:50, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

New song articles[change source]

No Curtain Call, Out of Goodbyes and Runaway (song) do not indicate why these subjects meet our notability criteria. Could you please show why these songs need their own articles? Osiris (talk) 08:37, 6 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Given the lack of response, I've had to redirect them to the album's article. Osiris (talk) 17:26, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Payphone (song) does not meet notability either. I was going to redirect to the album, but that also fails to meet notability. So, I added QD to both. Gotanda (talk) 00:53, 14 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Though you didn't ask for it, Rmxriver, I've saved a copy of these to your userspace so that your work isn't lost. You can move them back into articles when they're ready. They look like they might become notable soon. User:Rmxriver/Payphone and User:Rmxriver/Overexposed. Osiris (talk) 04:02, 14 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've had to delete your new version of Payphone (song) because it was copied from the English Wikipedia without any real changes or translation. Instead, I've moved your earlier version back into the article space. Osiris (talk) 07:51, 27 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your user pages[change source]

Hi River. Can I please ask you what you're planning on doing with your the userpages User:Rmxriver and User:OVEREXPOSED? They look to me like faux articles about people that don't have any relevance for an encyclopaedia. Please let us know what they're for. If they're not going to be useful for our readers, I will probably ask that they be deleted. Regards, Osiris (talk) 06:31, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Given your lack of response, I've followed the en.wiki action on this and deleted your pages here also. Please don't recreate these fake articles. There are better websites out there for hosting that kind of information. Regards and apologies, Osiris (talk) 23:32, 11 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
