I have gone ahead and deleted the request per our common sense guideline. While we appreciate your willingness to help here at Wikipedia, administrators are members of the community who are long-term members and have shown through their edits and conversations that they can be trusted to help manage the project. The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea[change source]

I reverted it as the IP editor made other changes to the article that are not true. I have the page open in my edit window to add the correct information. The history of the editor for today alone shows a lot of adding the wrong information (mainly the distributor) which is why a majority of them I rollbacked. Ok. I also added a note to the VIP report. They have not added anything since I issued the final warning. As I stated on the board, as of now it is stale unless they start editing again.
