IP Address

Hello, Vermont, I had a Wikipedia training session this past Friday and Saturdays were I introduced newbies to Wikipedia. However, most of them faced IP address block issues and just about three newbies could edit. Is it possible to give you a list of the newbie usernames to unblock them to let them start editing and prevent them from being uninterested in editing again?
