Welcome to Simple English Wikipedia[change source]

Hi Ryulong, welcome to Simple English Wikipedia! Thank you for your changes. If you need help, check out the Help section of Wikipedia, or leave a message on my talk page. Whenever leaving messages on talk pages, please remember to sign your name by typing four 'tildes' (like this: ~~~~); doing this makes your name and the date show up. Also, it helps if you write something in the box that says 'edit summary' whenever you change an article. Below are some useful links to make your time here simpler. Happy editing! Talkback[change source]

July 2009[change source]

Welcome to Wikipedia! Everyone is welcome to change pages here. We ask that you do not remove things from pages, as you did to "The Seventh Brother", without giving a good reason in the change summary. If this was a mistake, do not worry. The change you made has been undone. If you want to practice changing Wikipedia, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Griffinofwales (talk) 02:58, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Do you really tag all of those as vandalism here?Ryulong (talk) 03:00, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Checking before reverting would've been better. Removing content != vandalism. Shappy talk 03:03, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Um...What? Please explain the above comments. They don't make any sense to me. Griffinofwales (talk) 03:10, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I see, sorry. When I see links removed like that without an edit summary, I suspect vandalism. Griffinofwales (talk) 03:14, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You count interwiki links as such?Ryulong (talk) 03:20, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
That certainly isn't assuming good faith, is it? Please strike through this warning. –Juliancolton | Talk 03:23, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
When they are removed by a new user (I didn't know you and this is a small community), then yes. Julian, in the revert, I used the rollback AGF option because I wasn't sure, but I will strike the warning (I was AGF). Griffinofwales (talk) 03:27, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I understand how you reacted. Lack of an edit summary can seem like vandalism and it does seem you don't know who Ryulong is from times past. My advice for the future would be to first consider the nature of the edits. Vandals rarely remove iw links. Secondly, check to see when the user joined here and check to see if they have accounts elsewhere. If they are admins elsewhere, for instance, give them the benefit of the doubt and simply ask them why they did what they did. Take care Griff! :-) fr33kman talk 04:47, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wouldn't it perhaps be a more effective gameplan to tag them for deletion and let the bot deal with the interwikis? sonia 06:36, 5 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is more fun.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 06:37, 5 January 2011 (UTC)

Quick deletion of Template:Lw[change source]

The page you wrote, Template:Lw, has been selected for quick deletion. This is because the page was deprecated or replaced by a newer template and are completely unused and not linked to. If you think this page should be kept, please add {{wait}} below the line {{QD}} and say why on the talk page. If the page is already gone, but you think this was an error, you can ask for it to be undeleted. Auntof6 (talk) 07:18, 7 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
