2010 Census[change | change source]

In 2010, there were 54,255 people, 20,832 households, and 13,253 families living in Pocatello.[2] The people were 90.5% White, 1% African American, 1.7% Native American, 1.6% Asian, 0.2% Pacific Islander, 2.3% from other races, and 2.8% from two or more races. 7.2% of the people were Hispanic or Latino.

25.8% of the people were under 18 years old; 14.5% of the people were between 18 and 24 years old; 27.4% of the people were between 25 and 44 years old; 21.8% of the people were between 45 and 64 years old; 10.7% were 65 years old or older. 50.1% of the people were women, and 49.9% of the people were men.
