Take care, because the three-revert rule does not let users make more than three reverts on a single page in a single day. Any user may still be blocked for being involved in a change war and disruption, even if they have not broken the three-revert rule. When you disagree with another user, you should first try to talk about changes in order to work together to improve Wikipedia and reach consensus. @PotsdamLamb Sure, I was unaware WP:SOCK was extensively documented here although with all due respect it's probably the only page that is extensively documented anyway which explains why EN was linked in the first place, Secondly I didn't link them to the IP - they did that themselves ? .... @Davey2010 I get it, but I am just making the point that it is being handled (per the last statement in the section above). There is nothing wrong with reminding them of the socking policy. It's not just editing here; its editing logged in as yourself. Not as an IP editor. If you cannot remember your password, maybe create a note in your phone or somewhere no one else has access to so you always have it with you (or some alternative if you do not have a phone). @PotsdamLamb Indeed, I had read the section above before posting my comment however neither yourself nor anyone else had warned them about socking at least not publically anyway,

I simply saw them stating they were an IP and I felt it was simply common sense to warn them that doing such actions are bannable offenses - Had yourself or anyone else bothered to warn them first I wouldn't be here now,

Which part of your quoted comments above warns this editor about socking ?, You've warned the user about placing level 4 warnings and warned them about QD'ing RFD pages ..... neither of which relate to Socking ?.... and the section above again isn't specifically warning them not to sock either.

Hey - Named editors have the right to remove what they want from their talk pages. Usually it is done by archiving, but an editor who removes it shows they acknowledged it by removing it. So one thing we do not do is revert anything on another editors talk page. So please do not do that again. Edit summaries[change source]

Do your best to add to the edit summary and not use the default. For instance, in discussions, it will default to "/* Discussion */" so you will want to add something to the end of it like reply, vd, vk, merge, etc. This helps to identify what an editor did, and when it comes to editing summaries, when we see the logs in realtime on IRC, it shows the edit summary, and then we know whether we need to look at it or let it go as a good edit.

Also, another good habit to get into when editing is to, before saving any changes, use the preview button at the bottom and look at everything to make sure you didn't introduce any errors, so you do not have to go back and keep re-editing. QD PT. 2[change source]

Before marking something for QD, especially in any space outside of the mainland, you need to check the time and what’s going on. I was actively working on that category and I just made it and the redirect when you undid everything and tagged for QD. If a longstanding editor is working on something outside of the main namespace, wait a bit then ask on their talk page if they need it anymore. I needed to move stuff over and had it been deleted before I was done I would have been highly upset. So in short, don’t jump the gun.
