Washington Parish, Louisiana

Washington Parish (French: Paroisse de Washington) is a parish in the southeast corner of the U.S. state of Louisiana. As of the 2010 census, the population was 47,168.[1] Its parish seat is Franklinton.[2] The parish was founded in 1819.[3]
