Yuval Dagim (born December 13, 1962 ) is an Israeli manager . As of 2023, he is CEO of Even Caesar [1], after 30 years of management as CEO of several companies, including Shikun Vabinoi [2], Kimberly Clark and Hanson [3] .

Biography[change | change source]

His parents' families came to Israel in the third Aliyah and settled in Tel Aviv, where his parents were born. Yuval Dagim was born in Ashkelon, after his parents moved there after their marriage. In 1968 he moved with his family to Ramat Hasharon . His father was a vice president at the Mehdrin-Prior company and his mother was a teacher [4] .

Military service[change | change source]

Dagim enlisted in the Armored Corps and served between 1981-1985 . In 1982, during the First Lebanon War, he was in the tank commanders course [needs to be explained] . In 1984-1985 he was a company commander in the 82nd Battalion in the 7th Brigade, and was released from regular service with the rank of captain. While serving in the reserves, he became lieutenant colonel and commanded an armored battalion, after which he was a commanding general in the Kiryiti Brigade [5] [4] .

Between the years 1987-1991 he studied mechanical engineering at the Technion and received a bachelor's degree. In 1997 he studied at the London Business School . Between the years 1999-2000 he studied for an accredited EMBA degree in business administration in the industrial managers track, at Bar-Ilan University [6] [4] .

Dagim is married to Racheli, an artist (painting) and art therapist, they have three sons and they live in Zichron Yaakov .

Business career[change | change source]

Dagim began his business career at Pioneer Concrete (Israel), where he was a plant manager and then a regional manager, between the years 1991-1997 [66666] . Between the years 1997-1999 he stayed with his family in the Czech Republic and managed the concrete division of Pioneer Concrete (AN ) in Prague .

In 2000 he served as CEO of Kinneret Quarries.

Between the years 2002-2008 he was an area manager and vice president of Hanson Israel.

Between the years 2008-2011 he went with his family to London, United Kingdom and was appointed CEO of the Hanson Quarry Products company, which is part of the Hanson Britain concern (NNNNNNN ) [6] . The company engaged in manufacturing, marketing and sales of products and raw materials for the construction industry, the activity included Concrete plants, dozens of quarries to create quarry materials, asphalt plants and a system of land transportation and transport (trucks, mixers, freight trains) and marine transport (dredgers).

After his return to Israel, between 2011 and 2016 he was the CEO of Hogla-Kimberly, the representative of Kimberly Clark in Israel [7] .

Between the years 2016-2017, he stayed with his family in Sydney, Australia, and served as CEO of Kimberly Clark (Australia and New Zealand ) [8] [9] .

In 2018, he was appointed CEO of the Shikun Vabinui Company [10] [11], but about six months later, with the transfer of control of the company, he resigned [12], and in August 2018 he was appointed CEO of the Even Caesar Company in place of Raanan Zilberman, who retired from the company in March 2018 [13] [14] . During his management, the company launched a plan to accelerate global growth and established a corporate responsibility policy. Fish Fish Fish Fish Fish and the global management team were engaged in defining a strategy, centered on the CaesarStone brand, while expanding the product portfolio. As of the end of 2021, about 2,100 people work at Evan Caesar [15] .

Fish Fish Fish serves as the chairman of the board of the Lioli Ceramica Pvt company, from 2020 [16] [17] [18] . He served as an external director at Nesher Cement Enterprises Israel and as a director at the " Resource " company from 2019 to 2022.
