Stub templates[change source]

Hello মোহাম্মদ জনি হোসেন. Welcome to Simple English Wikipedia. I noticed that you created a stub template for Chittagong geography stubs. You probably didn't know, but on this wiki, new stub types need to be approved at Wikipedia talk:Simple Stub Project before being created. One of the ways we keep things simple here is not to have as many stub types as other Wikipedias. Before creating any new stub types, please read previous discussions at the page linked above. Wikipedia:Simple Stub Project also has information about this.

I have deleted the stub template you created and changed it to a different one in the article it was in. If you would like to know more about ways this Wikipedia is different from others, you can look at this list I maintain of some of the differences. The list itself is not a policy or guideline, but it links to some relevant policies and guidelines. Hello! Thank you for creating Category:Colleges in Dhaka District. However, we normally need at least three pages in a category before it is created. Because categories are a way to group together similar articles, there is no need to create a new category for just one or two articles. Such articles are usually too complex. They need to be simplified before or immediately after being added to the Simple English Wikipedia.
