That's just the policy here. I imagine it's because it takes up server space that is not needed to be taken up. The servers only can store so much information before we run out of space. --Tsugaru let's talk! :) 00:28, 29 October 2021 (UTC)

Because categories are a way to group together similar articles, there is no need to create a new category for just one or two articles. It exists for when there is a talk page that exists because there is talk on it. We don't create them just to put the header on. It is most often used to revert vandalism by replacing the vandalism with something productive. -Djsasso (talk) 10:53, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
