Welcoming[change source]
Hello. It is best not to welcome every IP who edits, especially if the edits are vandalism, like this was. We don't want to be welcoming IPs doing harm. - Yet you are still doing this with registered users. Don't welcome so quickly, whether IPs or registered users. You are new to this wiki, so let the more experienced users do the welcoming. We try not to have the sequence "new user>welcome>warning for whatever>block new user". New users, registered or not, are watched closely by our admins.
